  • Please notify us of your refund request within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customers may be asked to provide proof of the original purchase, such as payment receipt or order number, before processing the refund.

2 Damaged or Incorrect Items:
